These terms govern your access to and use of CreaVestor, operated by Sabapko Groups. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CreaVestor, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use CreaVestor.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@creavestor.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create accounts by automated means or use bots to access the platform.
3. Credits and Payments
CreaVestor uses a credit system. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features.
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
We reserve the right to change credit pricing. Existing credit balances are not affected by price changes.
Chargebacks and fraudulent payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using CreaVestor, including ideas, scripts, and rewrites.
By using the platform, you grant CreaVestor a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use CreaVestor to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, or content that violates any applicable law.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale without written permission.
You may not resell or sublicence access to the platform or the AI outputs in a manner that competes with CreaVestor.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Social Platform Integration
When you connect a social account (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), you authorise CreaVestor to publish content on your behalf only when you explicitly request it.
You remain solely responsible for all content published to your social accounts through CreaVestor.
Compliance with each platform's own terms of service is your responsibility.
You can disconnect social accounts at any time from Settings → Social Accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
The CreaVestor platform, brand, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Sabapko Groups and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use CreaVestor's brand or trademarks.
8. Disclaimers
CreaVestor is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.
AI outputs may occasionally be factually incorrect, biased, or inconsistent. Always review outputs before publishing.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreaVestor and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid to CreaVestor in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Credits are forfeited unless termination was caused by our breach.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sabapko Groups is registered.
Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
